The session was conducted by Ms. Athulya Rajeev, Second Year B.Ed. Student (Social Science). The main aim of the program was to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and stress relief among students and teachers through enjoyable dance-based exercises.
Ms. Athulya led the participants with energetic movements and rhythmic music, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere. All participants actively took part and expressed their happiness and enthusiasm throughout the session.
