On 24th October 2025, at 3:12 PM, a yoga session was organized at Memunda Higher Secondary School by Hridika Raj. The main objective of the session was to promote physical fitness, mental relaxation, and overall well-being among students. Different yoga postures and breathing exercises were demonstrated and practiced under proper guidance to help students improve concentration and reduce stress.
The students participated enthusiastically and showed keen interest in learning the various yoga techniques.
