A First Aid Awareness Programme was conducted at Memunda Higher Secondary School at 12:15 PM by Vyshnavi V. The objective of the programme was to provide students with basic knowledge and skills on how to respond effectively during emergencies or accidents. The session explained the importance of first aid, common injuries such as cuts, burns, nosebleeds, fainting, and fractures, and the immediate steps to be taken before professional medical help arrives. Demonstrations were given to ensure students understood the correct procedures clearly.
The students actively participated in the session and showed great interest in learning practical first aid techniques. They were encouraged to stay calm during emergencies and help others safely and responsibly. The programme helped develop awareness, confidence, and readiness among students to deal with unexpected situations.
