Career Guidance Session
A Career Guidance Session was organized by the IQAC of Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education (MCCTE) in association with Iringannur Higher Secondary School (IHSS) on 23rd October 2025 at 11:30 a.m. The event took place at IHSS, Iringannur.
The session aimed to guide students in choosing suitable career paths and to help them understand the various opportunities available after their higher secondary education. The resource person for the session was Fathimath Hasna A.K, a second-year B.Ed. student of MCCTE, who provided valuable insights and practical advice on career planning.
She highlighted different fields of study and career options, explained how to set achievable goals, and encouraged students to identify their interests and strengths. The session also included an interactive discussion, where students actively participated and clarified their doubts regarding career choices and future prospects.
The programme was successfully conducted under the guidance of Dr. Sreelatha K (Principal, MCCTE) as the General Co-ordinator, Ms. Revathy M (Assistant Professor, MCCTE) as the IQAC Co-ordinator, and Ms. Sindhu Jayaraj (Principal, IHSS) as the Programme Co-ordinator.
Overall, the Career Guidance Session was informative and motivating, helping students gain a clearer understanding of their future academic and professional goals.
