An awareness session on “Pocket Money Savings” was organized by the IQAC of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education (MCCTE), Mahe, in collaboration with GHSS Kallachi, on October 23, 2025, at 10:30 AM. The main objective of the programme was to create awareness among students about the importance of saving and managing their pocket money wisely.
The session was led by Ms. Chandana Rajesh, a second-year B.Ed. student of MCCTE, Mahe. She conducted an interesting and interactive session focusing on the value of money, prudent spending habits, and practical ways to develop a saving culture among students from an early age.
The programme was organized under the supervision of Dr. Sreelatha K, Principal, MCCTE, Mahe (General Coordinator); Mrs. Revathy, Assistant Professor, MCCTE, Mahe (IQAC Coordinator); and Mrs. Sujithra, Headmistress, GHSS Kallachi (Programme Coordinator).
