FIRST AID SESSION
A First Aid Awareness Session was conducted on 22 October 2025 at 2:30 PM by Anusmaya G.S. The primary objective of the session was to equip students with basic knowledge and skills to respond effectively during medical emergencies.
During the session, students were introduced to essential first aid techniques such as treating minor cuts, burns, and nosebleeds. They were also taught how to handle emergency situations calmly, assess the condition of the injured person, and seek timely medical assistance. Demonstrations were given on proper bandaging and the steps to follow during fainting or choking incidents.
Students participated actively and showed keen interest in learning practical first-aid procedures. The session helped them gain confidence to assist others during emergencies and reinforced the importance of safety and preparedness.
