The Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education (MCCTE), Mahe, through its IQAC, organized a Session on Mental Health and Wellbeing in association with PM SHRI Usman Government High School, Chalakkara-Mahe. The session was held on 24/10/2025 from 2:00 to 3:00 in a classroom setting.
The session was led by Ms. Malavika R, a second-year B.Ed. student at MCCTE, and focused on creating awareness about the importance of mental health, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing among students. It aimed to help participants understand positive coping strategies, manage stress effectively, and foster a supportive and healthy mindset. The session was highly informative and interactive, encouraging students to open up, share their thoughts, and develop a more positive outlook toward life.
The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Sreelatha K (Principal, MCCTE) as the General Co-ordinator, Ms. Revathy M (Assistant Professor, MCCTE) as the IQAC Co-ordinator, and Mr. Muralidharan K.V (Headmaster, PM SHRI Usman Government High School) as the Programme Co-ordinator.
