A Yoga and Wellness Session was conducted at Memunda Higher Secondary School on 24/10/25 at 2:30 PM by Vyshnavi V. The aim of the session was to create awareness among students about the importance of maintaining physical and mental well-being through yoga. Basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques were demonstrated to help students improve concentration, reduce stress, and enhance overall health. The session highlighted how practicing yoga regularly can bring balance to both mind and body
Students participated enthusiastically and practiced the movements with guidance. They were also encouraged to make yoga a part of their daily routine to improve their lifestyle. The session helped students understand the value of self-care, calmness, and positive thinking. Overall, the Yoga and Wellness session was effective, refreshing, and beneficial in promoting a healthy and mindful lifestyle among students.
