A Zumba Session was organized by IQAC, Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education, in association with AKGSGHSS, Peralassery, for the High School Section. The session was led by Ms. Nandana Vinod, II Year Biological Science, MCCTE, under the theme “Let the Rhythm Take Control.”
The main objective of the programme was to promote physical fitness, coordination, and mental relaxation among students through fun-filled rhythmic exercises. The resource person guided students through various Zumba routines that combined energetic movements with lively music, creating an enthusiastic and joyful environment. The students actively participated and enjoyed the session to its fullest.
