 Yoga and Wellness Session

A Yoga and Wellness Session was conducted by Ms. Anaswara at Mokeri RGMHSS on 6th October 2025 at 3:15 PM.

The session aimed to promote physical fitness, mental relaxation, and overall well-being among students. It began with a brief introduction highlighting the importance of yoga in daily life, followed by practical demonstrations of basic yoga postures and breathing exercises.
