YOGA SESSION

 Yoga Session

On 21st October 2025, a Yoga Session was conducted at Memunda Higher Secondary School at 4:00 p.m. under the guidance of the teacher trainee, Fathimathe Shasna. The session aimed to promote physical fitness, mental relaxation, and emotional well-being among students. The program began with a brief introduction about the importance of yoga in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, followed by demonstrations of basic yoga postures and breathing exercises. Students enthusiastically participated and showed great interest in learning the different asanas.

The teacher also explained the benefits of practicing yoga regularly, such as improving concentration, reducing stress, and developing inner peace. The atmosphere was calm and positive, allowing students to experience a sense of mindfulness and relaxation. The session concluded with a short meditation practice, leaving the students refreshed and motivated to include yoga in their daily routine. Overall, the program was successful in spreading awareness about the importance of yoga for a balanced and healthy life.
