The IQAC of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education (MCCTE), Mahe, organized a Fire and Safety Awareness Programme in collaboration with GHSS Kallachi on October 13, 2025, at 11:30 AM at GHSS Kallachi. The programme featured resource persons Safeer PV, Chandana Rajesh, and Vismaya, all second-year B.Ed. students of MCCTE, Mahe, who conducted engaging sessions focusing on fire safety measures and protocols.
Their interactive approach got the students of GHSS Kallachi actively involved, with many participants enthusiastically asking questions and sharing their thoughts on safety practices. The students of GHSS Kallachi showed keen interest and participated wholeheartedly in the awareness programme, making it a collaborative and informative experience for all. The session aimed to educate participants on fire safety and equip them with basic knowledge to handle emergencies.
The programme was organized under the supervision of Dr. Sreelatha K, Principal, MCCTE, Mahe (General Coordinator); Ms. Revathy M, Assistant Professor, MCCTE, Mahe (IQAC Coordinator); and Ms. Sujithra, Principal, GHSS Kallachi (Programme Coordinator).
