An Awareness Session on Menstrual Hygiene was conducted on 17th October 2025 at 1:20 PM under the auspices of the MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, in association with GVHSS Madappally. The programme was organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college.
The session aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of maintaining menstrual hygiene and breaking taboos surrounding menstruation. The resource person for the session was Ms. Rithula, who provided an informative and interactive talk focusing on menstrual health, hygiene practices, and the need for openness in discussing menstruation.
The programme was well-coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Sreelatha K, Principal, MCCTE (General Coordinator); Ms. Revathi, Assistant Professor, MCCTE (IQAC Coordinator); and Mr. Khalid, Principal, GVHSS Madappally (Programme Coordinator).
