Today, I actively participated in a yoga session conducted at Memunda Higher Secondary School as part of promoting physical and mental well-being among students. The session included simple breathing exercises, stretching, and basic yoga postures aimed at improving concentration and reducing stress.

Students responded positively and followed the instructions with enthusiasm. The session created a calm and focused environment, reinforcing the importance of incorporating yoga into daily routines for a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
