A session on Managing Screen Time was conducted by Aysha Shana. A. V at RGMHSS, Mokeri on 13th October 2025 at 11:00 a.m. The objective of the session was to create awareness among students about the importance of balancing screen use in their daily lives.
The session highlighted the negative effects of excessive screen time on physical and mental health, including eye strain, lack of concentration, and reduced social interaction. Tips were given on how to manage screen usage effectively by setting time limits, taking regular breaks, and engaging in outdoor activities.'
