A Yoga Session was organized to promote physical well-being and mental relaxation among students. The resource person guided participants through simple breathing exercises, warm-up stretches, and basic yoga postures. The session highlighted the importance of mindfulness, balance, and healthy lifestyle practices. Students actively followed the instructions and expressed interest in continuing the practice in their daily routine.
Outcome: The program helped students experience relaxation, improved concentration, and an awareness of the benefits of yoga. It motivated them to adopt healthy habits and incorporate yoga into their everyday lives
