Y0GA AND WELLNESS SESSION

A Yoga and Wellness Session was conducted by Nadha, a second-year student of Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education, at RGMHSS, Mokeri on 25th September 2025 at 3:15 p.m.It focused on helping students manage stress, improve concentration, and adopt healthy lifestyle habits through regular practice.During the session, different yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques were demonstrated and practiced. The students participated actively and expressed enthusiasm in learning simple asanas suitable for daily routines. Discussions were also held on the benefits of yoga for both body and mind.The session was refreshing and inspiring, encouraging students to include yoga and wellness practices in their daily lives for better health and inner balance.
