 YOGA AND WELLNESS SESSION


A Yoga and Wellness Session was conducted on 23 September 2025 at 12:40 PM by Anusmaya G.S, Archana R, Snigdha A.V, Abhiram Murali K, and Vijnandas K.P. The objective of the session was to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among students through simple yoga practices and relaxation techniques.


During the session, students were taught basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and simple stretches that help improve concentration, flexibility, and overall health. The facilitators also highlighted the importance of daily yoga practice, a balanced lifestyle, and a positive mindset for holistic development.


Students actively participated and practiced the demonstrated postures with enthusiasm. They also learned about the benefits of yoga in reducing stress, increasing focus, and improving immunity.
