YOGA AND WELLNESS AWARENESS CLASS

 A Yoga and Wellness Session was conducted by Aysha Shana. A. V at RGMHSS, Mokeri on 25th September 2025 at 11:00 a.m. The session aimed to promote physical fitness, mental peace, and overall well-being among students through the practice of yoga.

The programme began with a brief introduction about the importance of yoga in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Simple yoga postures and breathing exercises were demonstrated, and students actively participated in each activity. The instructor also explained how regular yoga practice helps in reducing stress and improving concentration.

Students showed great interest and enthusiasm throughout the session. The programme concluded with a relaxation exercise and a short discussion on adopting yoga as a part of daily routine. Overall, the session was refreshing, informative, and helped students understand the connection between yoga and wellness
