YOGA AND WELLNESS SESSION

A Yoga and Wellness session was conducted by Nisni AP at RGMHSS Mokeri on 22nd September 2025 at 3:30 PM. The objective of the session was to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among students through the practice of yoga.

The session included basic yoga postures, breathing exercises (pranayama), and simple meditation techniques. Students were taught the importance of regular yoga practice for reducing stress, improving concentration, boosting immunity, and maintaining overall health.

Participants actively took part in the activities and experienced relaxation through guided breathing and stretching. The importance of a balanced lifestyle, healthy diet, and mindfulness was also highlighted.
