The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe organized a session on “Adventure in Education” on 17th September 2025 at the General Hall, First Floor.
The session was led by Dr. Sreelatha K., Principal, MCCTE, who served as the resource person. In her talk, Dr. Sreelatha highlighted the concept of education as a dynamic and ever-evolving journey filled with challenges and opportunities. She emphasized that teaching is not merely a profession but an adventure that requires passion, creativity, and adaptability.
The session motivated teacher trainees to embrace innovative approaches in their professional life, explore new horizons in pedagogy, and nurture resilience in facing the diverse challenges of the teaching-learning process. She also stressed the role of community living and cooperative efforts in enriching educational experiences.
The programme was coordinated effectively by Dr. Sreelatha K., Principal and General Co-ordinator, along with Ms. Revathy Madhusoodanan, Assistant Professor and IQAC Co-ordinator. Their guidance ensured the successful organization of the event.
The session concluded with an interactive discussion, where participants expressed their reflections on teaching as an adventurous and rewarding experience. The programme inspired teacher trainees to perceive education as a journey of discovery, growth, and lifelong learning.
