A Money Saving Awareness Session was successfully organized under the joint initiative of Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education (M.C.C.T.E) and K.G.G.H.S Palloor, as part of IQAC activities. The event aimed to educate and encourage students on the importance of financial discipline and smart saving habits.The session was held on 26th September 2025, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, at the General Hall.The Resource Person for the session was Ms. Ananya Prakash, a 2nd-year B.Ed student of M.C.C.T.E, who effectively shared insights on money management, budgeting, and the long-term benefits of saving from an early age.Ms. Ananya highlighted practical strategies such as setting savings goals, avoiding unnecessary expenses, and using savings for future security. She also motivated the audience to cultivate responsible financial habits and emphasized the value of self-control and planning in financial life.
