The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Mahe Cooperative College of Teacher Education, Mahe, in association with I. K. Kumaran Government Higher Secondary School, Mahe, organized a Session on ICT Integration on 22nd September 2025 at 3:03 p.m. in the Computer Lab of the college.
The session was conducted by Ms. Sneha Anil, a 2nd-year B.Ed. student, who served as the Resource Person. She provided valuable insights into the effective use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the teaching-learning process. The presentation highlighted various digital tools and platforms that can enhance classroom engagement and improve the quality of education.
The session aimed to encourage student-teachers to integrate technology into their teaching practices, making learning more interactive and efficient. Participants gained practical knowledge on how to create digital learning materials and use ICT resources in lesson planning.
The program was successfully coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Sreelatha K (Principal, MCCTE) as the General Coordinator, Ms. Revathy M (Assistant Professor, MCCTE) as the IQAC Coordinator, and Ms. Sreelatha N. V. (Headmistress, I.K.K.G.H.S.S.) as the Programme Coordinator.
The session concluded with an interactive discussion, where participants shared their experiences and reflections on the importance of ICT in modern education. Overall, the session proved to be informative, inspiring, and highly beneficial for all the attendees.
