ANTI-DRUG AWARENESS FLASH MOB

The De-Addiction Club of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe conducted an Anti-Drug Awareness Flash Mob on 12th March 2025 at 12:45 PM as part of its ongoing initiatives to promote awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and encourage youth to lead a healthy, addiction-free life.
The programme began with a brief introduction to the purpose of the flash mob, highlighting the urgent need to address rising substance abuse among young people. The flash mob aimed to creatively engage students and convey strong anti-drug messages through dance, expression, and impactful visuals.
The performance featured energetic choreography and expressive movements that symbolized the struggle against addiction and the importance of choosing a positive path. Students performed with enthusiasm, capturing the attention of the campus community.

The programme concluded with a short awareness talk by the coordinators, encouraging students to stand against drug abuse, support peers in making healthy choices, and spread awareness within their communities.
The Anti-Drug Awareness Flash Mob was a vibrant and impactful initiative, demonstrating the De-Addiction Club’s dedication to promoting a drug-free campus and fostering responsible, informed, and healthy lifestyles among students.
