POSTER MAKING COMPETITION CONDUCTED BY EVENT MANAGEMENT CLUB OF MCCTE MAHE
The Event Management Club of MCCTE, Mahe organized a creative and visually engaging Poster Making Competition on 20 March 2025 at 2:00 PM in the college campus. The event aimed to promote artistic expression, communication skills, and awareness-building through visual design.
The programme began with a welcome address by the club coordinators, who highlighted the importance of posters as an effective medium for conveying messages, raising awareness, and showcasing creativity. Participants were briefed on the competition guidelines and encouraged to design original posters based on themes relevant to education, social issues, and cultural topics.
Students enthusiastically participated, creating posters that reflected strong creativity, meaningful messages, and thoughtful design. The entries showcased a variety of artistic techniques, including drawing, colouring, collage work, and symbolic representation. The competition created an engaging and inspiring atmosphere, encouraging students to think critically and express ideas visually.
A panel of faculty members evaluated the posters based on creativity, theme relevance, clarity of message, artistic presentation, and overall impact. Winners were selected and appreciated for their outstanding work, while all participants were acknowledged for their efforts.
