DANCE COMPETITION CONDUCTED BY FILM CLUB OF MCCTE MAHE
The Film Club of MCCTE, Mahe organized an energetic and colourful Dance Competition on 17 March 2025 at 2:00 PM in the college campus. The event was conducted with the objective of promoting artistic expression, creativity, and cultural participation among student-teachers.
The programme began with a welcome address by the club coordinators, who highlighted the importance of performing arts in enhancing confidence, teamwork, and stage presence. Participants showcased a variety of performances, including classical, semi-classical, cinematic, and contemporary dance styles.
Each performance reflected exceptional talent and enthusiasm, captivating the audience with graceful movements, rhythmic coordination, and expressive choreography. Faculty members and students actively encouraged the performers, creating a vibrant and supportive atmosphere.
The judging panel evaluated the performances based on criteria such as technique, expression, creativity, stage usage, and overall presentation. Winners were announced at the end of the event, and certificates were distributed to appreciate the efforts of all participants.
Overall, the Dance Competition served as a joyful platform for students to exhibit their artistic abilities and contributed greatly to the cultural spirit of the college.
