 Fit India Programme Conducted by the Sports Club

The Sports Club of MCCTE, Mahe organized a Fit India Programme on 27 January 2025 at 3:30 p.m. in the college campus.

The programme aimed to promote physical fitness, healthy habits, and overall well-being among students as part of the national Fit India Movement. The session focused on encouraging students to adopt regular exercise, maintain an active lifestyle, and understand the long-term benefits of physical fitness.

The event included simple warm-up exercises, stretching routines, and basic fitness activities that students could easily incorporate into their daily schedule.
