The ZUMBA Club of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe conducted its Monthly Zumba Session on 4th October 2024 at 4:00 PM as part of its ongoing initiative to promote physical fitness, stress relief, and joyful movement among students.
The session began with a brief introduction to the objectives of Zumba, highlighting its benefits for cardiovascular health, flexibility, and overall well-being. The instructor led the participants through an energizing warm-up routine followed by a series of rhythmic and engaging Zumba steps set to lively music.
Students participated with great enthusiasm, creating a vibrant and motivating environment. The session helped them improve stamina, coordination, and body rhythm while also offering a fun break from academic routines. The lively music and interactive choreography kept the participants fully engaged throughout the session.
The programme concluded with cool-down exercises and a short feedback interaction, during which students expressed their enjoyment and eagerness to take part in future sessions.
The Monthly Zumba Session proved to be a refreshing and health-promoting activity, reflecting the ZUMBA Club’s commitment to fostering a culture of fitness and positivity on campus.
