Wild animal welfare day


 WILD ANIMAL WELFARE DAY 

In observance of Wild Animal Welfare Day on 4th October, the Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education organized a Quiz Competition aimed at spreading awareness about the importance of protecting and conserving wild animals. The event was conducted by Gopika G, who designed the quiz to educate participants about the diverse challenges faced by wild animals and the need for their welfare and protection.

The quiz served as an engaging and informative platform to highlight issues such as habitat loss, poaching, climate change, and human-wildlife conflict. Students actively participated in the event, demonstrating keen interest and awareness about wildlife conservation.

This initiative helped inculcate a sense of responsibility among future educators towards wildlife and emphasized the significance of spreading such awareness in society at large.
