Energy Conservation Session
An awareness session on “Energy Conservation” was conducted by MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education under the initiative of IQAC in association with GVHSS Koduvally on 22nd October 2025 at 9:40 a.m. The session was organized with the objective of creating awareness among students about the importance of conserving energy and adopting eco-friendly practices in daily life.
The resource person for the session was Anusree K K, a 2nd-year Mathematics student of MCCTE. She effectively explained the need for energy conservation, different ways to reduce energy consumption, and the role of students in protecting the environment. The session was highly informative and engaging, encouraging students to practice simple energy-saving habits both at school and home.
The session was conducted for Class 6 students of GVHSS Koduvally, who actively participated by sharing their ideas and experiences related to energy saving.
The event was well-coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Sreelatha K (Principal, MCCTE) as the General Co-ordinator, Ms. Revathy M (Asst. Prof, MCCTE) as the IQAC Co-ordinator, and Bijisha (Teacher, GVHSS Koduvally) as the Programme Co-ordinator.
Overall, the session was a great success and helped instill awareness among students about the significance of conserving energy for a sustainable future.
