The Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education (MCCTE), in association with KGGHS Palloor and under the initiative of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organized a vibrant and engaging Zumba Session on 11th October 2025. The event was planned as a wellness and fitness activity to promote physical health, stress relief, and enthusiasm among the teacher trainees.
The session took place in the College Auditorium from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. The resource person for this energetic programme was Ms. Ananya Prakash, a 2nd Year B.Ed student of MCCTE, who led the session with great enthusiasm and expertise. Her active involvement and cheerful presence encouraged all participants to engage freely and enjoy the session.
The programme aimed to promote fitness through dance-based workouts and to highlight the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle amidst academic responsibilities. The rhythmic music and lively movements created a joyful environment, making the session both enjoyable and beneficial.
