 ICT Integration Programme conducted

Kallachi: An ICT Integration Programme was conducted at Government Higher Secondary 

School (GHSS), Kallachi on 17th October 2025 at 3:00 p.m. The programme was organized 

by the IQAC of Mahe Cooperative College of Teacher 

Education, Mahe, in association with GHSS Kallachi.

The session aimed to promote the effective use of 

Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

in the teaching-learning process and to encourage 

teachers and students to integrate technology into 

classroom practices for enhanced learning 

outcomes. The resource person for the programme 

was Ms. Hafsath E.K, a second-year B.Ed. student of 

MCCTE, Mahe. She delivered an insightful and 

interactive session on various ICT tools and their applications in education. Through her 

presentation and demonstrations, she highlighted how digital platforms and educational 

software can make classroom learning more engaging, collaborative, and student-

centered. The programme was coordinated under the able guidance of Dr. Sreelatha K, 

Principal of MCCTE, Mahe, who served as the General Coordinator. The IQAC Coordinator, 

Mrs. Revathy, Assistant Professor of MCCTE, Mahe, also played a key role in organizing 

and supervising the event. The Programme Coordinator was Mrs. Suchithra, 

Headmistress of GHSS Kallachi, who ensured smooth execution of the session at the 

school level. Teachers and students from GHSS Kallachi actively participated in the 

programme and expressed their appreciation for the valuable insights shared during the 

session. The event concluded with a vote of thanks, marking a successful collaboration 

between the teacher education institution and the school for fostering technological 

integration in education
