The Quiz Club of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe conducted a Science Day Quiz on 28th February 2025 at 3:30 PM to commemorate National Science Day, celebrated in honour of Sir C.V. Raman’s discovery of the Raman Effect. The event aimed to promote scientific curiosity, awareness, and critical thinking among students.
The programme began with a welcome address, followed by a brief introduction on the importance of National Science Day and its theme for the year. Students were encouraged to appreciate scientific advancements and explore the role of science in everyday life.

The quiz was conducted smoothly under the supervision of the Quiz Club coordinators, who ensured fair scoring, proper time management, and clear instructions. The audience also took part enthusiastically by answering bonus questions and cheering for the teams.
At the end of the event, the winning team was announced and appreciated for their excellent performance. All participants were acknowledged for their enthusiasm and dedication.
The programme concluded with a message emphasizing the importance of scientific thinking, innovation, and continued exploration in building a progressive society.
