ART EXHIBITION
CONDUCTED BY THE ARTS CLUB OF MCCTE MAHE
The Arts Club of MCCTE, Mahe organized an Art Exhibition on 27 February 2025 at 10:00 AM in the college campus. The exhibition aimed to provide student teachers with an opportunity to showcase their artistic talents and to promote creativity, visual expression, and appreciation for diverse art forms.
The event began with an inaugural address by the club coordinators, who highlighted the significance of art in education and its role in fostering imagination and aesthetic sensitivity. Students displayed a wide range of artworks, including pencil sketches, paintings, craft pieces, thematic posters, and mixed media works.
The exhibition hall was arranged beautifully, allowing visitors to experience the creativity and individuality reflected in each piece. Participants explained the concepts behind their works, engaging visitors in meaningful discussions about technique, colour choice, composition, and inspiration.
Faculty members, students, and guests visited the exhibition and appreciated the outstanding effort and artistic excellence demonstrated by the participants. The event not only celebrated artistic talent but also encouraged students to integrate creative practices into their academic and professional journeys.
The programme concluded with words of appreciation from the coordinators and faculty members, acknowledging the dedication and hard work of all contributors. The Arts Club extended heartfelt thanks to the college administration and participants for their support in making the exhibition a memorable and successful event.
The Art Exhibition effectively fulfilled its objective of nurturing creativity and fostering an inspiring artistic atmosphere within the college.
