SKIT COMPETITION CONDUCTED BY LITERARY CLUB OF MCCTE MAHE
The Literary Club of MCCTE, Mahe organized a vibrant and engaging Skit Competition on 18 February 2025 at 2:00 PM in the college campus. The programme aimed to promote creativity, teamwork, communication skills, and social awareness among student-teachers.
The event began with a welcome address by the club coordinators, who highlighted the importance of skits as an effective medium for conveying messages, encouraging self-expression, and enhancing performance skills. Participants were encouraged to incorporate themes related to education, social issues, and cultural values.
Student groups presented a variety of skits, each showcasing creative scripts, expressive acting, humour, and meaningful messages. The performances reflected strong teamwork, coordination, and originality. The audience appreciated the lively and thought-provoking presentations.
A panel of faculty members evaluated the skits based on criteria such as storyline, acting, creativity, delivery, and overall impact. The best-performing teams were recognized and appreciated for their efforts and talent.
Overall, the Skit Competition was an enriching and enjoyable experience that fostered artistic expression and strengthened the cultural and literary atmosphere of the college.
