The IQAC of Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe, in association with Govt. Middle School, Mahe, conducted a Remedial Teaching Programme titled “Level Up! Learning Lab” on 13th September 2025 from 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon at GMS, Mahe.
The session focused on the subject English and aimed at unlocking the learning potential of students through personalised support and fun-based activities. The resource person for the programme was Ms. Devangana R, B.Ed student of MCCTE, who guided the students with remedial strategies to enhance their language skills, boost confidence, and improve academic performance.
The programme was well-structured with interactive exercises, simplified teaching techniques, and individual attention to learners. Students actively participated and benefitted from the engaging learning experience.
The event was coordinated under the guidance of Dr. Sreelatha K (Principal, MCCTE) as General Co-ordinator, Ms. Revathy M (Assistant Professor, MCCTE) as IQAC Co-ordinator, and Mr. Ajith Prasad (Headmaster, Govt. Middle School, Mahe) as Programme Co-ordinator.
The initiative proved to be a valuable step in supporting learners’ academic growth and promoting the importance of remedial teaching for holistic development.
