The IQAC of Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe, in association with Govt. Middle School, Mahe, organised a Remedial Teaching Programme titled “Level Up! Learning Lab” on 13th September 2025 from 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. at GMS, Mahe.
The subject focus of the session was Basic Science. The resource person for the programme was Ms. Athira K. R., B.Ed student of MCCTE, who engaged the students with innovative methods, simplified explanations, and interactive activities to support their learning. The session aimed at boosting students’ academic performance by addressing their individual learning needs and strengthening their conceptual clarity in science.
The programme was co-ordinated under the guidance of Dr. Sreelatha K (Principal, MCCTE) as General Co-ordinator, Ms. Revathy M (Assistant Professor, MCCTE) as IQAC Co-ordinator, and Mr. Ajith Prasad (Headmaster, GMS, Mahe) as Programme Co-ordinator.
The remedial session proved highly beneficial as it motivated students to learn science with greater interest and confidence, while also reinforcing the importance of personalised support in education.
