ZUMBA SESSION

The Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education (MCCTE), Mahe, organized a Zumba Session in association with Govt. Middle School, Mahe. The event was conducted by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college as part of their community engagement and extension activities.

The session commenced at the scheduled time of 3:30 PM at the premises of Govt. Middle School, Mahe. The resource person, Ms. Athira K R, a 2nd-year B.Ed. student from MCCTE, led the session. She provided an energetic and engaging introduction to Zumba, focusing on its benefits for physical fitness, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

The session involved participants learning and performing basic Zumba steps to upbeat music. The lively atmosphere encouraged active participation from all attendees, including students and faculty members from both institutions. The practical demonstration and hands-on participation successfully achieved the session's goal of promoting a fun and accessible form of exercise.
