THEME-BASED DANCE PERFORMANCE

The Dance Club of Mahe Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe, conducted a Theme-Based Dance Performance on 3 April 2025 at 2:30 PM. The programme aimed to encourage creative expression, promote meaningful storytelling through movement, and provide students with a platform to showcase their artistic abilities.

The event commenced with a welcome address by the club coordinator, who highlighted the significance of theme-based performances in combining dance with message-oriented content. Students presented performances based on themes such as unity, women empowerment, nature, cultural heritage, and mental wellness.

Each performance was unique, expressive, and thought-provoking, beautifully portraying concepts through choreography, music, costume, and expression. The event created an engaging and emotional atmosphere, with the audience appreciating the creativity and depth showcased by the participants.
