The Zumba Club of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe celebrated World Zumba Day on 29th April 2025 at 9:30 AM with great enthusiasm. The event aimed to highlight the significance of dance-based fitness and promote an active, joyful lifestyle among students.

The celebration began with a welcome address followed by a brief introduction to World Zumba Day and its purpose in encouraging people across the globe to embrace physical fitness through fun and rhythmic movements. Students, faculty, and fitness enthusiasts gathered to take part in the session.

The Zumba instructor led an energetic and engaging workout that included warm-ups, dynamic dance steps, cardio routines, and cool-down stretches. Participants enthusiastically followed the choreography, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere on campus. The rhythmic music and interactive routines boosted the participants’ energy, fostering positivity and team spirit.
