FEEDBACK SESSION ABOUT THE GRIEVANCE CLUB

The Grievance Club of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe conducted a Feedback Session on 11th November 2024 at 10:48 AM with the objective of evaluating the effectiveness of the club’s activities and strengthening its grievance redressal system. The session aimed to provide students with an open platform to share their opinions, experiences, and suggestions regarding the functioning of the Grievance Club.
The programme began with a brief introduction highlighting the importance of continuous improvement in student support services. Faculty coordinators explained that the feedback session was designed to ensure transparency, enhance responsiveness, and promote trust between students and the institution. Students were encouraged to express their views freely and responsibly.
During the session, students shared their experiences related to grievance handling, accessibility of the club, and the effectiveness of existing complaint mechanisms. Many students acknowledged the initiatives undertaken by the club, such as the complaint box setup, awareness programmes, and timely resolution of issues. Participants also provided constructive suggestions to further improve communication channels, increase awareness about grievance procedures, and enhance confidentiality measures.
The session fostered open dialogue and mutual understanding, allowing coordinators to gain insights into student needs and expectations. Faculty members addressed concerns raised during the discussion and assured students that the recommendations would be taken into consideration for future improvements.
The programme concluded with gratitude expressed to all participants for their valuable input and cooperation. The Feedback Session was a productive and meaningful initiative, reflecting the Grievance Club’s commitment to fostering a supportive, responsive, and student-centered campus environment.
