 International Neutrality Day Observation

The IQAC of MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe, in collaboration with the Psychology & Guidance Club, observed International Neutrality Day on 12 December 2025 by organizing a video presentation on the significance of the day at 9.00 PM.

The programme was conducted under the general coordination of Dr. Sreelatha K, Principal, MCCTE. The IQAC coordination was efficiently handled by Mr. Arun U, Assistant Professor, MCCTE, while the programme coordination was undertaken by Ms. Padmalekha, Assistant Professor, MCCTE. The student coordinators for the programme were Mr. Dhanush Krishna and Mr. Muhammad Fadil K M.

The video presentation highlighted the concept of neutrality, its importance in maintaining peace, international cooperation, conflict prevention, and global harmony, and the relevance of neutrality in contemporary world affairs. The session enabled participants to understand the role of neutrality in fostering dialogue, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence among nations.

Students and faculty members actively participated in the programme. The presentation created awareness about the values of peace, impartiality, and global responsibility, which are essential for future educators and citizens.

The programme concluded successfully with positive feedback from the participants. The observation of International Neutrality Day served as an effective platform to promote awareness on peace-building and the importance of neutrality in today’s global context.
