Quiz Competition

Children’s Day Celebration – 18 November 2025

As part of the Children’s Day Celebration organized by the MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe, in association with the LIKHA College Union and IQAC, a stimulating Quiz Competition was conducted on 18 November 2025 for the 6th and 7th standard students of the Mahe region.

The competition began during the morning session and witnessed enthusiastic participation from various schools. Students showcased excellent teamwork, quick thinking, and solid knowledge across diverse topics. The quiz rounds included general knowledge, current affairs, science, sports, and rapid-fire questions, making the event both educational and exciting.

Participants displayed remarkable confidence and competitive spirit, contributing to the lively atmosphere of the event. The quiz served as a platform to promote critical thinking, presence of mind, and awareness among young learners.

As part of the overall championship assessment, the Quiz Competition played a significant role in identifying talented students. Winners were honoured during the Valedictory Function and Prize Distribution, held from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, where they received trophies and certificates of appreciation.

The competition was conducted smoothly with the support of teachers, coordinators, and volunteers. The event successfully inspired students to engage in learning with curiosity and enthusiasm, aligning with the spirit of Children’s Day
