Musical Chair Competition

Children’s Day Celebration – 18 November 2025**

As part of the Children’s Day Celebration organized by the MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe, in association with the LIKHA College Union and IQAC, an exciting and fun-filled Musical Chair Competition was conducted on 18 November 2025 for the 6th and 7th standard students of the Mahe region.

The event took place during the afternoon sports session and attracted enthusiastic participation from students. Musical Chair, known for its lively nature and quick reflexes, created an atmosphere of joy, laughter, and friendly competition.

Participants displayed agility, alertness, and strong competitive spirit as they moved around the chairs in rhythm with the music. Each round brought added excitement as the number of chairs decreased, resulting in energetic and suspenseful moments. The students thoroughly enjoyed the activity, making it one of the most engaging events of the day.

Judges and volunteers ensured the smooth conduct of the competition by monitoring each round, maintaining fairness, and ensuring safety throughout the event.

The winners of the Musical Chair Competition were honoured with trophies and certificates during the Valedictory Function and Prize Distribution held from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

The event concluded successfully, promoting physical activity, coordination, and sportsmanship among students while adding an element of fun to the Children’s Day Celebration.
