Report on Shuttle Run Relay
Children’s Day Celebration – 18 November 2025**
As part of the Children’s Day Celebration organized by the MAHE Co-operative College of Teacher Education, Mahe, in association with the LIKHA College Union and IQAC, a highly energetic Shuttle Run Relay Competition was conducted on 18 November 2025 for the 6th and 7th standard students of the Mahe region.
The event was held during the afternoon sports session and featured enthusiastic participation from several teams. The Shuttle Run Relay tested students’ speed, agility, coordination, and team spirit, making it one of the most dynamic events of the day.
Participants ran across the designated lanes, passing the baton efficiently and maintaining perfect timing. Each team worked together with focus and determination, reflecting excellent cooperation and competitive spirit. The cheering from spectators and volunteers added to the excitement and motivated the participants.
Judges monitored the race to ensure fair play and accurate timing, while volunteers assisted in managing lanes and transitions. The winning team was selected based on their speed, smooth baton exchanges, and overall performance.
The winners of the Shuttle Run Relay were felicitated during the Valedictory Function and Prize Distribution, held from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, where they were awarded trophies and certificates.
The event concluded successfully, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and enthusiasm among students, and contributing to the overall success of the Children’s Day Celebration.
