Plank (Women) Competition

As part of the Sports Meet 2026, the Plank (Women) Competition was organized to evaluate the participants' core strength, stamina, balance, and physical endurance. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the women students, who demonstrated exceptional determination and resilience throughout the competition.
The competition was conducted in a spirited and encouraging atmosphere, promoting physical fitness, perseverance, and healthy competition among the participants. The students displayed remarkable endurance while maintaining proper plank posture, making the event both challenging and exciting. Faculty members and fellow students enthusiastically cheered the participants, adding to the vibrant sporting spirit of the Sports Meet.
The winners of the Plank (Women) Competition were:
- First Place: Nandana Vinod (Shadow Strikers)
- Second Place: Rinsha Sherin (Power Panthers)
- Third Place: Ann Marry Jose (Vanguard)
The winners were felicitated during the prize distribution ceremony in recognition of their outstanding performances. Their achievements reflected not only physical strength and endurance but also discipline, determination, and commitment to fitness.
