Skipping Competitions

As part of the Sports Meet 2026, the Skipping Competitions for both men and women were conducted to promote physical fitness, coordination, agility, and endurance among the student teachers. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students demonstrating speed, stamina, and rhythmic coordination while competing in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
The competition encouraged participants to maintain focus, balance, and consistency while completing the maximum number of skips within the stipulated time. The event highlighted the importance of regular physical activity and healthy competition, with participants displaying remarkable determination and sporting spirit throughout.

Skipping (Men)
- First Place: Vaishnav Vijay (Power Panthers)
- Second Place: Abhinraj P. P. (Shadow Strikers)
- Third Place: Sangeerth M. (Turbo Titans)
Skipping (Women)
- First Place: Diya (Shadow Strikers)
- Second Place: Gayathri (Shadow Strikers)
- Third Place: Sivaparvana (Power Panthers)
The winners were felicitated during the prize distribution ceremony in recognition of their outstanding performances. Their achievements reflected excellent physical fitness, endurance, concentration, and commitment to maintaining an active lifestyle.
