Plank (Men) Competition

EKTHA COLLEGE UNION 2025–26
As part of the Sports Meet 2026, the Plank (Men) Competition was conducted to assess the participants' core strength, balance, endurance, and physical fitness. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who displayed remarkable determination and perseverance while competing to achieve the longest plank hold.
The competition was organized in a highly competitive yet friendly atmosphere, encouraging participants to test their physical endurance while upholding the values of discipline, sportsmanship, and fair play. The event drew enthusiastic support from fellow students and faculty members, adding to the excitement of the Sports Meet.
The winners of the Plank (Men) Competition were:
- First Place: Abhiram Murali (Turbo Titans)
- Second Place: Sangeerth M (Turbo Titans) and Rishinand (Shadow Strikers) (Joint Second Place)
- Third Place: Harshith M (Shadow Strikers)
The winners were congratulated for their outstanding performances and were honoured during the prize distribution ceremony. Their achievement reflected not only physical strength and endurance but also dedication and determination.
