Wall Sit (Women) Competition

As part of the Sports Meet 2026, the Wall Sit (Women) Competition was organized to test the participants' lower body strength, endurance, balance, and determination. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from women students, who competed with great zeal and showcased exceptional physical stamina throughout the competition.
The competition was conducted in a spirited atmosphere, encouraging students to challenge their limits while promoting fitness, discipline, and perseverance. Participants displayed remarkable endurance by maintaining the wall sit position for extended durations, making the event both exciting and highly competitive. The event received enthusiastic support from fellow students and faculty members, contributing to the vibrant sporting spirit of the Sports Meet.
