Teaching Practice Observation 

As part of the B.Ed. internship programme, a teaching practice observation was conducted at Memunda Higher Secondary School, Memunda, Kerala, on 26 February 2026 at 12:42 PM. The purpose of the observation was to understand the functioning of the school, teaching-learning process, and student behaviour in a real classroom setting.

The school campus is well-maintained and provides a pleasant and learner-friendly environment. The infrastructure is adequate, with properly arranged classrooms, staff rooms, and other necessary facilities. The surroundings include greenery, which adds to a positive and comfortable atmosphere for students.

During the observation, the teaching-learning process was found to be interactive and effective. The teacher used clear and simple language to explain the concepts, ensuring better understanding among students. Students were attentive, disciplined, and actively participated in classroom activities. The teacher maintained good classroom management and encouraged student interaction through questioning and discussion.

The observation highlighted the importance of communication skills, lesson planning, and the use of appropriate teaching strategies. The student-teachers present during the observation maintained professionalism and showed enthusiasm in learning teaching techniques.

Overall, the observation was a valuable and enriching experience. It provided practical exposure to real classroom situations and helped in developing teaching skills and confidence.
